Processing For Custom Designs
As this is a bespoke item, please allow 3-7 working days for us to complete the design.
***If you need design proof, please leave a message/email within 24 hours. If we do not receive your message/email, we will directly embroider and ship it to you. If there is no response within 48 hours after sending you the proof, we will proceed with the order by embroidery and ship out to you as soon as possible.

Caution!! Returns and Exchanges
As this is a custom product, we do not support returns or exchanges, unless item is damaged or incorrect. We have a 7 days return on incorrect or damaged items. However, if there are any problems, please drop us a line. We will do our best to fix it! Thank you for your understanding!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
